Jessica received a BBQ due to an in-house error that meant that Jessica received an email stating that she had won a BBQ with ticket No: 227. when infact the winning number was No: 225 and we just input the number wrong. In order not to be the bearer of bad news we decided the right thing to do was issue Jessica with her winnings as it wasn’t her fault she was misinformed.
